We are based just outside Melksham in Wiltshire and work mainly in North and West Wiltshire and South Gloucestershire.
Our staff and installation team all live locally, so we know the area well, and are keen to provide a helpful and efficient service.

A member of our Sales Team will then contact you to arrange the most convenient time to visit you – and the rest is up to you.
When you have placed your order, Ian or Richard will arrange to do a survey (you don’t necessarily have to be at home) and fix an installation date.

Kevin Lewis
Sales Representative
I joined the Sales Team in 2000 and became Sales Director in 2003. I am married with two grown-up daughters.
When I have some spare time, I enjoy playing golf, travelling and supporting Tottenham Hotspur.
Richard Davis
Director
In 2001 I became Surveyor for the company and was made Director responsible for Installations in 2008.
I am married with two sons and I enjoy being a coach with the Melksham Town Youth football squads.
Ian Dowell
Director
I joined AJWL in 2005 as a trainee surveyor and the company funded me to attend Bath Technical College and qualify as a Building Surveyor. I am now responsible for all window and door installations.
I live in Melksham with my wife and child and I play football with Melksham Town Football Club.
Rose Tucker
Office Manager
I joined the company in 2011 as Receptionist and have progressed to Office Manager over the last 3 years.
I am married with two young sons and for pleasure I like dancing, eating out and shopping.
Tina Tucker
Receptionist
I joined AJWL in 2013 as Receptionist. I live in Trowbridge with my husband and son, 2 dogs and 2 cats.
I enjoy playing bingo and having days out with my family, including the dogs!
Rhys Edwards
Admin and Technical Assistant
I joined the company originally as part of an installation team in July 2015 and transferred to the office in October 2017.
My main interests are playing football and golf.
Tanya Kershaw
Admin Support
I first joined AJW covering reception duties for holiday and sickness. I was very fortunate to be offered a part time position as admin support in September 2020.
I live in Hilperton with my husband and 4 children. I love to travel, socialise with friends and listen to music.
