Form an opening in an external brick cavity wall and install a new window
Arrived exactly on time, quickly got on with the job and caused far less disruption than expected. Personnel were very friendly and courteous. Finished the job in a day, but returned after the weekend to give a final "spit and polish" to the finishes. Would recommend Alan Jon without hesitation.

How super to find a company that does a fantastic job from start to finish. Everybody concerned from quote to the work could not have been more helpful or polite. Fitting new windows
We needed two windows replaced and two new sealed glass units fitted. The estimator came promptly and quote was sent the same day, lower than those from two other firms. The surveyor came soon after and the windows were fitted within the month. Communications and courtesy first-rate throughout.
Replacement conservatory roof

Replaced blown bathroom window
I have used Alan Joy in the past to replace all of my windows and have been very pleased with the quality and longevity of them. Alan Joy are quick to respond, are professional and helpful. My blown window was the first time in nearly 20 years that it had to recently be replaced!
Face-lift
Alan Joy Windows installed new fascias, soffits, guttering and down pipes to our house. They were prompt to respond, arranged everything professionally and the result was a top quality job. I would recommend Alan Joy windows and use them again myself.
Removing and replacing a conservatory
A very efficient job from start to finish. Communication was first rate. The creation of the plan for the new conservatory was dealt with promptly and very beneficial. Removal and assembly of the new conservatory in very inclement weather was first rate. Identified minor defects were addressed in a very short time period. I would recommend this company.
Double Glazing Replacement
We recently decided to replace all our very old double glazing, which was very old, looked horrible, and not really functioning properly anymore as double glazing. After several quotes and personal recommendations, we decided to go with Alan Joy. We are totally satisfied with the service from Alan Joy. We received a prompt response for our quote request (carried out by Adrian) and were very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness during this visit. Having decided to go with Alan Joy, we then had a full survey done by Ian. It was obvious that in both cases, the knowledge of the product and requirements was excellent: professional but friendly. The installation service itself was absolutely brilliant. Rob and Joe were fantastic and followed the example we had already experienced: professional but very friendly, and good humoured. They worked very hard from start to finish, and answered any questions we had (some probably quite daft!) The great service continued as we discovered after the install that we had a couple of panes with minor flaws. I contacted Ian and there was no hassle, no questions asked, and no lengthy process involved. He ordered replacements and refit was organised. We have no hesitation in recommending Alan Joy. The new windows and doors look fabulous.
Bay window replacement
Two old Bay windows to front of my house and single door pane removed and refitted with new by brothers Scott & Matt. Fast and methodical workers, tied as they went and showed respect whilst here. Great lads, good fun and even done a ‘quick fix’ on dodgy gutter joint for me. Highly recommended. Thanks.
Conservatory roof and windows
Excellent new Guardian Roof and new windows for our conservatory, all fitted on time and to budget by super skilled fitters (Graham and Nathan) who worked very professionally, tidily and gave us a smooth and fuss-free experience. New lock on front door
My elderly parents lock failed on their front door this morning. By 2.30pm Alan Joy Windows had sent their expert Matt to fix same. He not only fixed it, but asked if there was anything else he could do regarding their installations. He is coming back when the weather is dry to reseal some small leaks in their conservatory. Top work from a top bloke from a top team. Highly recommended.

Conservatory fly screen fitted
We have just had a conservatory fly screen fitted by Alan Joy windows who worked so efficiently that it was done very quickly. The result is excellent as the mesh allows a good through view and the magnet fastening holds the double door together neatly, although there could be two small handles to help pull the door together and let it slide back but that is a design issue. We are nevertheless very pleased with our Alan Joy installation and its fitters.
